Flagship Incubation Program

Under WE Hub’s Start-up Incubation vertical, WE Hub supports early revenue stage entrepreneurs from Metro and Tier 1 cities across the country to scale and become investor ready.

A social enterprise accelerator program aimed at enabling women-led social enterprises scale up into self-sustaining businesses. This was executed by WE Hub in association with Australian High Commission’s “Direct Aid” grant.

WE Hub collaborated with P&G for ‘BizArena’ - a launchpad program to integrate startups into P&G’s smart factory initiative. Through this, 15 startups pitched their solutions on the Demo Day, and the 2 solutions were integrated into P&G factories globally.

In collaboration with the Australian consulate General, WE Hub implemented a pre-incubation program to enable women entrepreneurs across India to gauge the feasibility of their idea and develop them into sustainable businesses.

In collaboration with FICCI Flo Hyderabad, WE Hub incubates entrepreneurs under FICCI with a focus on business development and mentorship.

WE Hub and Government of Gujarat’s i-Hub implemented a program to enable entrepreneurs in the Fintech, EdTech, and MedTech sectors to establish viable businesses and raise capital.

Micro Small & Medium Entrepreneurs

Rural and Tribal Women Entrepreneurs across the Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions of Telangana are supported under this vertical through the collaboration with international aid and Development agencies, government departments to enable an increased growth in MSMEs. The focus for these entrepreneurs would be in setting up a small business, understanding of business strategy and plan and ground/kick-off enterprises.

In collaboration with GIZ, WE Hub implemented a program to support women-led businesses start and scale in Tier II and III regions of Telangana and ensure that frameworks for running businesses are improved.

Tribal Incubation
In collaboration with TRICOR, WE Hub implemented a program to promote entrepreneurship among tribal women in the three ITDA regions of the state with a focus to financially equip and establish sustainable women led enterprises.

Model Municipality Projects
To unlock the potential and power of women in business, WE Hub in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation of Ramagundam, launched a 6-month Sustainable Livelihoods project to enable existing and aspiring women digitally and financially in Livelihood businesses across Ramagundam.

A 3-month pre-incubation program in partnership with Ramky Enviro to support idea stage entrepreneurs with prototype development and business establishment.

SHG Woman Entrepreneurship
WE Hub and SERP implemented a program to jointly work towards scaling individual women entrepreneurs through enterprise development from the SHGs in Telangana.
Student Entrepreneurship

To increase the funnel of women who want to be entrepreneurs, it is important to start at the very beginning. It means creating a constant engagement to ensure that more girls choose and excel in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), to not only broaden their perspective but also increase their horizon to venture into entrepreneurship. WE Hub furthers this vision through its various partners.

The key programs under this vertical are:

Girls in ST(E)AM
An 8-week intervention for school students in the age group of 13-17 to inculcate STEAM education and 21st century skills among girl students.
WE ALPHA
An 8-week intervention for college students to inculcate an entrepreneurial mindset and enable the conceptualisation of a viable idea.

WE Hub has received INR 5 crores under SISFS to support early-stage entrepreneurs to meet their costs with respect to prototype development and product commercialisation.

Credit Linkage Drives
Bi-Annually, credit linkage drives are conducted to enable women entrepreneurs across Telangana in seeking funds to establish or further their businesses.

Revolving Fund
Through CSR Funds, WE Hub has created a revolving fund instrument with a cap size between INR 2 lakhs – INR 5 lakhs to support early stage women entrepreneurs to meet their working capital requirements and pivot their ideas.

A First of its kind retail forward linkage support channel to enable FMCG entrepreneurs to get access to market, customers while building a robust supply chain.

B to C – Exhibitions
To encourage entrepreneurs to get visibility and acquire new customers, WE Hub in partnership with various stakeholders who conducts exhibitions to create a forward linkage for entrepreneurs.

B to G - Public Procurement
To increase and ease access to Government Departments with respect to procurement, WE Hub is a facilitator between the government departments and the entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, entrepreneurs become suppliers for the government.
