Project Ujaagar
3 Months
Improve the socio-economic conditions of the minority community
WE Reach
A 3-month Pre-incubation Program designed to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship, with emphasis on digital literacy and financial inclusion through Entrepreneurship Development Programs.
Outcomes
Intense districts and mandals outreach to extend assistance on skilling/entrepreneurship
Understand skilling opportunities/journey of entrepreneurship
Goal-setting exercise with each woman and a roadmap for skilling program/establishing the enterprise
Who can apply
- A woman or group of 2-3 women from Tier 2/Tier 3 regions of Telangana.
- Women who want to set up a for-profit enterprise or has been running an informal enterprise/is part of a group enterprise and now wants to start up on her own or has an idea that can be developed into a sustainable business.
- Existing women entrepreneurs holding at least 51% stake in their business (company/ enterprise to be legally registered in India).
- Women entrepreneurs looking for an opportunity to introduce mechanization and digitalization of their enterprises.

Project Inclusion
A 6-month Incubation Program for existing entrepreneurs carefully crafted to develop and establish role model MSMEs in five targeted sectors namely, Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, Textiles & Handlooms, and Handicrafts.
Outcomes
Creation of a best practice model to scale up1 micro and Nano women led enterprises
Creation of local employment
Increase in quality of life through an increase in household incomes
Who can apply
- Is a registered enterprise, in operation for two years and looking to scale.
- Woman holds a minimum 51% stake in the enterprise.
- Has a turnover between INR 5 lakhs – 10 lakhs per annum. (The turnover criteria may be relaxed for Entrepreneurs from Handicrafts sector)
- Has a potential to provide avenues for employment.
- The enterprise operates out of commercial premises. Home-based units are not encouraged.
- The enterprise is a full time, potentially revenue-generating occupation for the woman entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs engaging part-time and/or as per their convenience in the enterprise are not eligible.

WE Leads
A specialized 4-month Acceleration Program for ready-to-scale entrepreneurs providing mentorship and resources to scale businesses, fostering a supportive community of entrepreneurs, monitoring and evaluating the progress of participants.
Outcomes
Enhance a startup’s credibility and attractiveness to customers, partners, and investors.
Accelerate startup’s growth trajectory through product development, market entry, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
Access to seed funding, angel investors, venture capitalists, or corporate partners
Who can apply
- A woman entrepreneur owning at least 51% of a registered business that has been in operation for at least 2 years.
- The woman entrepreneur is an executive decision-maker in the business.
- Works at least three days per week for the business.
- The business shows evidence of past growth.
- The entrepreneur has a scalable business model and realistic plans for year-on-year annual growth in revenues based on product / service, market opportunity, and team.
- The entrepreneur is committed to innovating within the business.

Project Ujaagar
The program is designed to improve the socio-economic conditions of the minority community by providing infrastructure support, enhancing entrepreneurship skills through various programs and amenities to improve their quality of life, minimizing imbalances and development deficits by offering platforms for career advancement, and ensuring access to finance.
Who can apply
- The woman belongs to any of the marginalized minority communities, from both urban and rural areas.
- Microbusinesses who operate from home and are willing to formalize their businesses and scale up.
- Sector-agnostic (all product categories are welcome).

1. What is the participants intake for your programs and from where?
The programs shall support a total of 30 women entrepreneurs per cohort (4 cohorts in a year) from Tier 2/Tier 3 regions of Telangana.
2. What are the eligibility criteria for the pre-incubation program?
- A woman or group of 2-3 women from Tier 2/Tier 3 regions of Telangana, who wants to set up a for-profit enterprise or has been running an informal enterprise/is part of a group enterprise and now wants to start up on her own or have an idea and is keen to develop her idea into a sustainable business.
- Existing women entrepreneurs should hold at least 51 percent stake in their business (company/ enterprise to be legally registered in India).
3. What are the eligibility criteria for the incubation program?
Pre-incubation- Any aspiring entrepreneurs from tier-1 cities can enrol in our pre-incubation program, with a focus on tech and innovation.
Incubation- Our sector-agnostic incubation program welcomes tech innovations in healthcare, agriculture, ed-tech, sustainable tech, SaaS, AI, and more.
4. What are the sectors that you focus on?
Food Processing, Handlooms and Textiles, Handicrafts, Services, Manufacturing, Trading, Personal Care and Wellness.
5. Who are your audience?
Women entrepreneurs from Tier 2, Tier 3 regions of Telangana, SHG groups (districts and Hyderabad), Minority Communities, People with Disabilities (PWD), and Transwomen.
6. What is the program fee?
- WE REACH – free program
- PROJECT INCLUSION – a CSR funded program by Re-Sustainability Limited
